Mission Statement
Crosspoint Spiritual University exists to cultivate inclusive, spiritually grounded education that supports personal awakening, collective healing, and social transformation. Our mission is to prepare scholars and practitioners to engage the world with empathy, insight, and courage through liberatory neurodivergent practice and spiritually informed scholarship.
Academic Programs (In Development)
The following degree programs are currently in development and are not yet being offered. Each is being designed to meet the university’s spiritual mission and academic standards consistent with religious-exempt institutions under Florida law:
Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Spiritual Psychology, Emphasis: Neurodivergent Education
This terminal degree offers an in-depth study of spiritual psychology with a focus on neurodivergent learners and inclusive education systems. Students explore how contemplative practice, identity-conscious pedagogy, and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks can reshape spiritual and educational spaces. Designed for educators, program directors, and advocates, this degree supports those committed to systemic change rooted in spiritual values.
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Spiritual Psychological Medicine, Emphasis: Neurodivergent Practice and Research
This research-oriented doctoral program equips students with the skills to conduct spiritually grounded inquiry into the intersections of neurodivergence, psychology, healing, and social transformation. The curriculum combines theory, practice, and independent scholarship to support innovation in alternative psychological paradigms. Students earn an en route Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and culminate their studies with a dissertation contributing to the field of spiritual psychological medicine.
Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Liberated Neurodivergent Advocacy
This applied doctorate prepares practitioner-scholars to lead transformative efforts in neurodivergent rights, organizational reform, and liberatory systems advocacy. Rooted in contemplative psychology, disability justice, and spiritual ethics, the program emphasizes community impact, policy influence, and programmatic design. Students graduate equipped to create inclusive environments, design spiritually aligned interventions, and serve as change agents in both formal and alternative settings.
Licensure and Continuing Education Information
Degrees conferred by Crosspoint Spiritual University do not currently qualify graduates for licensure as counselors, psychologists, or behavior analysts in any state. However, coursework within each program is designed to meet continuing education unit (CEU) requirements for the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA) and the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO), when applicable.
Additionally, these programs and courses are being developed in alignment with the anticipated credentialing requirements of the American College of Neurodiversity Practitioners (ACNP). The ACNP is currently being established by Dr. Michael Moates, Fellow of the Institute for Social Innovation (ISI) at Fielding Graduate University, to provide rigorous standards for neurodivergent-informed professional practice.
Post-Degree Spiritual Certification and Recognition
Upon successful completion of a degree program and all associated spiritual formation requirements, graduates will be eligible to apply for the following recognitions:

Graduates may apply for professional recognition through ACNP, a religious credentialing body dedicated to neurodivergent-informed spiritual practice and leadership. -
Certification as a Spiritual Psychological Minister

Membership and Ordination

These certifications and ordinations are strictly religious in nature and do not confer state licensure or secular authority.
