Florida:

Our practice is proud to accept the following insurance plans for residents of Florida:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (Network addition date: August 1, 2023)
  • United Healthcare (Credentialed since October 6, 2022, with payments starting December 31, 2022)
  • Aetna (Credentialed since October 6, 2022, with payments starting December 31, 2022)
  • Oxford (Credentialed since October 6, 2022, with payments starting December 31, 2022)
  • Oscar Health (Credentialed since October 6, 2022, with payments starting October 15, 2022)
  • Cigna

In addition to these insurance providers, we also offer options for cash payments.

Vermont:

For our clients in Vermont, we accept the following insurance plans:

We also support self-pay clients through credit card payments via SonderMind.

South Carolina:

In both South Carolina, our practice accepts:

  • Cigna
  • EAP: Cigna

Clients also have the option to self-pay.

Cash Pay
